I have been part of an Online Happiness Program 2020 during this quarantine recommended by a friend.
When the course was about to kick off, I actually was not sure if I could have actually gone through with it. I have done yoga a few years back but I really wanted to give another chance to bring down all the negativity and stress that comes with this unprecedented quarantine.
The course may be virtual, but it does affect anyone who does take this course. Some of the takebacks from the program that I have received:
- Breathing techniques to calm and relax the mind
- Focus my energy towards the positive side of life
- Secret keys to better myself
- Getting deep sleep
- Boosting the immune system
I am really thankful to get this opportunity to be a part of this program.
